Christopher Miller
As the founder of Miller Inspection Company, I wanted to follow a simple principle: every home should be as safe for YOU, as I would want for my own family.
I'm supported by my loving wife Miranda, a medical professional, and mother to our great joy, Grace, our daughter. Together, we believe in the importance of peace of mind when making one of life's biggest investments.
I'm on-site for inspections personally, alongside a small team of trained inspectors, so you get the same standard of care whether it's your first home or your fifth.
Trained, tested and held to a standard.
We'll Buy Your Home Guarantee
I stand behind my work with a full purchase price buy-back guarantee, backed by InterNACHI. If I miss anything critical during your inspection, I'll buy your home back — that's how confident I am in the quality and thoroughness of every inspection.

Pre-Purchase Inspection
Pre-purchase home inspections are the most common type of home inspection. During a pre-purchase inspection, our qualified inspectors are looking for the following components to help ensure the health and safety of the potential occupants.
- Immediate/Safety Concerns (to be dealt with before closing or within one year)
- Repairs (items to be repaired within 5 years of occupation)
- Recommended Maintenance (items that should be maintained through the lifespan of the home)
- Items To Monitor (items that don't pose an immediate threat)
- Recommended Upgrades (items that will improve safety or livability)
Pre-Listing Inspection
Pre-listing inspections can be valuable tools for homeowners looking to sell their home. Our qualified inspectors will complete a full inspection and alert you to any potential defects or problems with your home. Having your home pre-inspected:
- Provides the buyer with the assurance that your home doesn't need any major repairs.
- Allows you to take the time to get reasonable repair estimates.
- Lets the buyer know you're dealing in good faith.
- Avoids 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and allows you to justify full asking price.
